Production/ Technical Manager
Kevin is a founding member of Indesign which was first formed in 2008 and oversees the technical side of the team.
He has 32 years experience within the social housing sector specialising in technical design and the development of the Local Homes timber panelised system. He is client focused with an attention to detail striving to provide an excellent service to clients. He has experience in project & staff management, onsite supervision, planning & working drawing packages , specification writing and contract administration. He is a process driven individual who has overseen the implementation of BIM and developed our own project management system/processes.
His qualifications include O.N.C. (building studies) & H.N.C. (Building studies) and is Revit proficient.
Key projects include: Woden Road, Beechdale, Fradley Housing & Portobello.
Senior Architect (ARB)
Katie has worked for Indesign since 2015 and leads the design side of the team.
She has over 16 years’ experience working in the residential and social housing industry working on a range of regeneration and new build schemes as well as retrofit and refurbishment. She has a passion for housing in particular the improvement of energy and build quality standards with a wealth of experience working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations resulting in detailed knowledge of the planning process. More recently she has become involved in specialist Dementia Care design and hopes to specialise in this field.
Her qualifications include a BArch (Hons) in Architecture & PgDip in Architecture & PgDip in Architectural Practice (RIBA stage 1,2 & 3 accredited), and she is ARB registered. She is also Revit trained and proficient in ArchiCAD, Enscape and various design packages.

Senior Architectural Technician
Dean has worked for Indesign since 2008 becoming a integral member of the both the design and technical teams.
He has 20 years experience in the social housing sector as well as experience with Dementia care design.
His main responsibilities include production of full working drawing packages as well as developing feasibility sketch schemes and full planning drawings. He regularly represents the company at design team meetings, site visits and for consultations with Local Authorities, Building Control and Architectural liaison officers.
His qualifications include O.N.C. (building studies) & H.N.C. (Building studies) plus he is proficient in Revit and various design packages.

Senior Architectural Technician
Rav joined the team in 2017, and has over 20 years’ experience predominantly within the residential sector, which also includes refurbishment and educational projects. Duties include working on projects from inception to site completion, such as preparation of planning applications, details and specifications for building regulations applications and production of full working drawing packages.
His qualifications include BSc (Hons) in CAD and Construction, and an MSc in Construction Project Management plus he is Revit trained.

Architect (ARB)
Adrian joined InDesign in April 2019, having previously worked in a Birmingham-based small to medium architectural practice for 3.5 years firstly as Architectural Assistant and then as Architect and Team Leader.
He trained to be an architect in the University of Alcalá located in Madrid, Spain. During his university years he explored different design approaches, learning how a well-designed building can have a positive impact on the users and the community, synthesising his thoughts on his dissertation ‘Gastronomic centre elBulliMadrid Foundation’.
During his professional years he has had the opportunity to work on numerous schemes mainly within the residential sector, both for new-build and refurbishment developments. He has a broad experience in running jobs and has been involved in all stages from inception through to completion. He is passionate about the housing sector and is always willing to take the design further to a higher standard, contributing to the lives of the future residents and thus making a positive impact in our communities.
He is ARB registered and qualified to RIBA stages 1, 2 & 3 accredited.

Architectural Technician
Helen recently joined the team in early 2020 with a wealth of housing experience including designing and project managing social housing schemes, rural exception sites, student accommodations, retirement villages and open market housing. She is skilled in the turn key delivery of sites, from sketch to handover. Originally trained on a drawing board back in 1999 but skilled in CAD, 3D massing models she is now stepping into BIM.

Architectural Assistant (Part II)
Christopher joined Indesign in at the start of 2019. He has a background in architecture and urban design, with four years’ work experience in a social housing setting. Chris’ duties involve work on project feasibilities up to planning submission stage and he has more recently been involved in the detailed specification of a low plastic dwelling.
His qualifications include: BA (Hons) in Architecture (Urban Design), PgDip in Urban Design and a MA in Architecture. (RIBA stage 1 & 2 accredited)

Chumkar has recently rejoined Indesign in at the start of 2022 after previously working for us back in 2015. He has a background in housing and extracare design.
He is ARB registered and qualified to RIBA stages 1, 2 & 3 accredited.
